Physical and spiritual truth – one but the same
when they truly rally in the accomplished core of man.
Unknown bridges binding them together are yet to be discovered
in a true science of an integral self.
Gautama and others were right, true meaning is not instituted in beliefs
but rather in self-experiences.
Know yourself and you will know the universe.
Know the universe and you will know yourself

Self expression

In the beginning was not the word
but the thought.
When the first word was spoken
it switched on the light.
And there was a diamond
beautiful in its refraction
of light and shade, its cutting
and proportions. Its purity
measured in colour patterns:
the blue-white perfection,
the off shades with less transparency .
Different shades of expression,
joy and sadness, giving and taking
enhance or damage the human mind.
Effect cannot be cured by effect,
The search has to start with a cause.
Thoughts are built speechless
into the human mind, not born
into the physical body:
Shades of expression of mind,
lit up by the power of words.

I ache, my love, still in our own golden core, the central seed-centre, where words break away like splinters of stillness, when each of us stirs, for we feel the outside as too noisy.
Our star-aware mind circling our own orbit, extracts us from people.
You ache, when we want only love, adore one another, but grief enters to hurt, leads to mutations in our heartspace capsule.
Among all that grief it is fated that only we both should feel the hate from those who do not love, who are the empty chairs in a room beyond habitation.

Truth
What is physical truth?
What is spiritual truth?
Do both ever meet?
Consciousness of mind
denied by science
for not setting us free, yet
there are bridges that lead
across the divide. Meditate,
reach out for the true meaning.
As Buddha has warned: “do not
believe anything because
I told you so”. Use
your own mind to swim
against the flow. Dive
deep into the furthest corners
of your inner realm. Explore
the edges of your own universe,
understand the course
of its suns and planets,
the vastness of its oceans,
the flow of its tides.
Learn to know your thoughts,
grow in feelings.

Consciousness

Any paintings are limitless
in richness of colour or detail, yet
they are all painted on a canvas.
All living things
have a consciousness, a degree
of awareness. It is not the faculty
but the infinitesimal quality.
The tiniest organism is sensitive
to light, heat or vibration .
Who are we to say it has no consciousness?
A growing nervous system gained
a free will, cognition,
intention and attention.
A new dimension of feeling
brought thought. This
set us apart from all creatures.
Not conscious but the use
we make of consciousness.
Reaching out either to fear and suffering
or to all embracing love.
Only by choice
we become masters
of thoughts and feelings.

Moody Sands
When I look at the light and shadows
flickering over the moody sands
slithers of starlight,
I am aware
that all life started in water.
We have emerged
our silver limbs glistening,
with fins on hands and feet
carrying handfuls of clay
mixed with the salty water
of a god’s tears
long after he had created
the world.

that all life started in water.
We have emerged

with fins on hands and feet
carrying handfuls of clay
mixed with the salty water
